Auditions for the 2010-2011 season will be held at:

 

First United Methodist Church

1200 Yellowjacket Lane

(across the street from the High School Football Stadium)

 

Audition Date:

Saturday, May 22^nd, from 9am-12 noon

 

Please call Cathy at 214-535-7811 (cell) to schedule an audition or if you can’t make it on Saturday, please call to schedule an alternate audition time.

 

The Rockwall Children’s Chorus is a children’s community choir for boys and girls who are committed to excellence in choral music.  The chorus is for children in grades 2^nd -9^th. Rehearsals are Mondays during the school year.  

• Choir II  4:30-5:20
• Choir I  5:30-6:30

 

Qualifications are a good voice, a good sense of pitch, and a commitment to regular attendance at rehearsals and performances.  (School and religious music conflicts are always excused).  There is a tuition fee for participation in the chorus.  Need-based tuition assistance is available for qualified students.  Please let someone know on the day of auditions if you need assistance with tuition.

 

For the audition, students sing a song of their choice.  No experience is necessary.
