Alan Clark, Choir Director
Alan Clark is the Minister of Music and Arts at First United Methodist Church, Rockwall, where he has served the past eight years. He has directed choirs for children, youth and adults for 20 years in churches in Louisiana, Tennessee and Texas.
He is a graduate of Duke University and received his certification in church music from Perkins School of Theology, where he studied with Jane Marshall and Helen Kemp. Alan is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church. He is also a member of the Chorister’s Guild and the Fellowship of United Methodist in Music and Worship Arts.
In addition to choirs, Alan has directed numerous stage productions and has professional experience in acting and TV/video production.
Alan is married to Patsy, who is a Nurse Practitioner in Greenville. They have three sons, Zach, Will and Timmy.
June Overholt, Accompanist
June Overholt is the organist/accompanist at First United Methodist Church in Rockwall. She has been a staff member of FUMC for 14 years this November. An accompanist at heart, she has accompanied choirs, soloists and groups since high school. She has also done arranging and transcription.
June studied at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas with a Piano/Music Education major.
She is married to Bob Overholt, has one son, Jason, and one grand-daughter, Jaden.
Dr. Al Calabrese, Executive Artistic Advisor
Dr. Calabrese is the head of the Choral Department at Southern Methodist University.

The executive board is comprised of volunteers committed to the success of The Rockwall Childrens Chorus.
